Capitalist structures and corporations need to integrate human-centric design systems into their power and resource allocation strategies for several compelling reasons. Morally, businesses exist primarily to serve human needs, be it for customers, employees, or shareholders. Every company has an intrinsic responsibility to all its stakeholders, which goes beyond financial outcomes. By concentrating on genuine human needs, corporations can achieve sustainable growth. Modern, well-informed consumers now demand products and services that prioritize their well-being. Companies that neglect this focus risk becoming outdated.

Moreover, within the corporate structure, considering employees’ well-being through human-centric policies can boost job satisfaction, fostering innovation and loyalty, which translates to better productivity. In the broader scope, a company’s reputation and brand image are closely tied to its ethical considerations and societal impact. In today’s interconnected world, overlooking the human element can lead to significant risks, such as PR crises or legal challenges.

From an innovation standpoint, emphasizing real human challenges can spark new avenues for product and service development. Businesses also play a pivotal role in societal stability. By ensuring equitable practices and reducing power imbalances, they contribute to a more stable society…
