Gentle Loving-Kindness Phrases to Come into the Moment.

Place your hand on your heart and belly (If it feels safe to do so. Modifications are always welcome). Inhale and exhale slowly, releasing any energy in the moment. Feel the warmth of your hand on that part of your body. Take at least 10 minutes to explore each loving-kindness phrase below. Keep a journal and draw and describe your embodied experience with each phrase. Take it slooooowww : )
