The primary goal of transitioning to modern teaching methods is to create a more interactive, student-centered learning environment. Traditional approaches, such as lectures and standardized tests, often emphasize rote memorization over critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By adopting new strategies like Socratic seminars, collaborative projects, and AI-enhanced learning tools, educators can better engage students, cater to diverse learning styles, and prepare them for the complexities of the modern world.

Discussion-Based Assignments

Traditionally, lectures have dominated discussion-based assignments. However, I recommend shifting to more interactive approaches such as Socratic seminars and online forums. These methods foster critical thinking and student engagement. To enhance these approaches, consider integrating AI-driven discussion prompts and AI moderation tools that provide real-time feedback and ensure inclusive participation.
