  1. Tissues — not for your client — for you : ) The soft kind! : )
  2. A magic wand. Spells are what lead to change.
  3. A minimum of 10 black cardigans.
  4. Candles (see note about spells).
  5. Candy of all kinds. Some days call for mints, others chocolate — variety is the spice of life : )
  6. Soft things. Pillows, blankets, cardigans, etc.
  7. You may have no less then two over-size bags.
  8. Fidgets. All the fidgets.
  9. Anything that can massage your body.
  10. Mugs, cups, and no less then 3 different beverages at one time is needed for top counseling performance.
  11. Pets are encouraged.
  12. Too. Many. Books.
  13. Art materials — critical to have markers, pencils, and flowing pens (a good fountain pen can heal).
  14. Mindfulness anything.
  15. Plants. We are nature too.
  16. Inspirational Quotes or Art.
  17. Baked goods.
  18. Tea and coffee.
  19. Music and or sound machine.
  20. Major policy changes that actually support societal mental health.
